The cold room evaporator unit is suitable for all kinds of large, medium and small cold storage, food processing rooms and logistics centers for storing fresh-keeping and frozen products. It can also be used for industrial low-temperature air-conditioning. The compact and reliable design makes it more convenient for customers to use.DL series for around 0 degree, and DD sereies for around -18 degree.

Product Features:

The shell of cooler unit is generally made of plastic-sprayed iron plate, food-grade stainless steel plate or embossed aluminum plate. The cold room cold room air cooler has many advantages such as large heat exchange, convenient and simple, high corrosion resistance, and beautiful appearance. The heat exchange coil of the air cooler generally uses internal threads. The heat exchange copper tube is in close contact with the aluminum fin through a hydraulic tube expander, thereby reducing the contact distance and improving the heat transfer coefficient.

After the cold room air cooler is produced, it goes through a strict decontamination process to ensure the cleanliness of the quality system. The air cooled evaporator uses a high-efficiency outer rotor motor. The motor of this structure has the advantages of large air volume, high wind speed, and long service life.
